Orders are prepared for shipment within 2 business days. Carrier transit time is additional. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping is free to eligible U.S. destinations shown at checkout.

Pallet orders
Pallet prices exclude freight. Freight is calculated separately for your delivery address and selected services and added at checkout. Use our freight calculator to compare delivered costs before ordering.

Automatic freight quotes support 1–6 pallets. For 7 or more pallets, call or text 937-672-1143 and ask for Angus.

Delivery services
Select liftgate service unless you have a suitable loading dock or forklift to unload the truck. Residential quotes automatically include a liftgate. This service lowers the pallet to ground level; it does not include moving merchandise inside.

Select appointment service if you need the carrier to arrange a delivery window. Provide a reachable phone number and contact us before ordering about restricted truck access or special delivery needs.

Local pickup
Free pickup is available by appointment at 1723 Webster St., Dayton, OH 45404. Choose Pickup at checkout, then call or text 937-672-1143 to arrange collection before visiting.

Delivery problems
Check the shipment’s visible condition and pallet count on arrival. Photograph damage or shortages and note them on the delivery receipt before signing when possible. Retain packaging and contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
